Key word is “inept”. Everything was late Salesman couldn’t find the demo for twenty minutes. Delivery appointment was late and car not ready. Car was delivered with tir Everything was late Salesman couldn’t find the demo for twenty minutes. Delivery appointment was late and car not ready. Car was delivered with tire valve caps missing. When car was delivered at 7:30 pm at my house (origal appointment was for 3pm “but try to be there thirty minutes early - I was - “”for paperwork “.I was informed that there no time for orientation as the dealership closes at 8. Subsequent briefing was rescheduled and missed next day due to a “broken shoe”. Finally was taken care of the next day by a very pleasant Justin. I’m still not happy that the car won’t pair with my garage but other than that I think I will enjoy the car. My experience at Smythe however has not been the wonderful experience one expects with a new car but is rather on a par with a tooth extraction at the dentist. More

All of the Smythe crew are extremely professional, friendly, and customer focused! It was a pleasure working with Howard Blumstein on our recent purchase. He made the whole buying experience pleasurable. He spent a lot of time with us, answering questions, asking questions, and most importantly listening to what we were looking for. In the end we got the exact vehicle we wanted. We will continue to buy all of our Volvo’s from Smythe. More

He is definitely the opposite of a pushy sales rep who tries to constantly confuse you and pretends to know everything. If you want an enjoyable experience from start to end, find Howard. And Jeremy, who went over the care with me, just as great. Personable, knowledgeable and extremely polite, he took care of all my questions and requests on the spot, super professional. More
