I am sorry to hear about the concerns. It was my understanding that these were not GM shocks going on the truck and we had to order them which we did and they came in yesterday morning. Your understanding is correct. The shocks are part of a “Rocky Ridge” package bought on a 2017 1500 from your dealership under a previous owner. And that’s the reason I called Howard and asked him to order the shocks before even scheduling appointment. Again too many details to type.
