Drove 2 hours after being told on the phone they would
match my trade, vehicle I was looking to purchase was advertised as a certified pre-owned and when we started talking numbers they tried to increase
match my trade, vehicle I was looking to purchase was advertised as a certified pre-owned and when we started talking numbers they tried to increase the value of the truck by $2000 for it to be a certified pre-owned. They couldn't get ahold of my bank to get an exact pay off, gave them a number above what the payoff was, so there would be an overage, it took them almost a week to get the pay off by which time I had made a payment so I would not get a hit on my credit report, then they paid off the car for that amount instead of the agreed on amount they said they were going to send. I would avoid this dealership, when you think about the hassle of dealing with a dealership, this dealership is the center piece of that thought. Empty promises at this dealership for sure.
