It took 8 days to repair a problem that was scheduled for 4 hours. Never received outdated of the progress of the repair, I have to call and go to the dealer to find out the status. The car had a recall but it was not mentioned in the final bill of what happened, for example if it was fixed or not. The rental car company only gave cars that are sold by your dealer, so if they don't get one you don't get one, I couldn't get a car so I canceled the rental. Never heard that before from a dealer when they use a rental car company. The repaired done appears to be good. More
