It took 8 days to repair a problem that was scheduled for 4 hours. Never received outdated of the progress of the repair, I have to call and go to the dealer to find out the status. The rental car company only gave cars that are sold by your dealer, so if they don't get one you don't get one, I couldn't get a car so I canceled the rental.
