Before finalizing the sale, we identified a few issues with the vehicle. The dealership agreed to have these repairs covered and even included it in the sales contract. We were instructed to get the repairs done ourselves and submit the bill for reimbursement.
Since then, it’s been nothing but silence.
We’ve left multiple voicemails and sent text messages to both Ian and the manager, Kenny, and have received little to no response. The only reply we’ve gotten from Ian is that it’s “with the manager” and he’ll try to follow up—but nothing ever happens.
It’s incredibly frustrating how quickly the customer service disappeared once the deal was done. Before the sale, everything was responsive and accommodating. Afterward, it’s been completely different.
If you’re considering buying from here, just be aware: once they have your money, don’t expect much support.
