I love D'Arcy Hyundai I bought my first new car from them in 2017 and just traded it in for a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe sport. Mike Budzinski is my salesperson. He was also my salesperson I. 2017. This is the first time I finalized a lease all via text, and what a seamless experience! When I first requested a quote online for the Palisade, I was bombarded with phone calls and emails, which made it d and what a seamless experience! When I first requested a quote online for the Palisade, I was bombarded with phone calls and emails, which made it difficult to know who to work with; however, after some communication, it became painfully aware that most dealers were not interested in negotiating and earning our business, especially since we had no money down. I decided yesterday as a last ditch effort to contact D’Arcy Hyundai, one of the dealerships that had sent me a text, and had the pleasure of chatting with Isa. From the beginning, I knew this would be different. Isa was to the point, didn’t try typical salesman tactics, and answered my questions in a polite and courteous manner. She understood that we had a budget and tried her best to work with it, even offering us a $500 first responder discount since my husband is a radiology tech at the hospital, working daily with COVID patients. At first the 2020 Palisade I found online was stated to be a 7-seater, with captain chairs, but Isa took the initiative to run the VIN and double check, and it ended up being an 8-seater with middle row bench seating. Someone was test driving the car at the dealership, but Isa had me fill out an online application in the meantime to expedite things should the car still be available. She kept me updated the entire time. Within an hour or two, I was told the car is mine! Since we have 5 kids and cannot come to the dealership, D’Arcy Hyundai arranged for the car to be brought to me the same day at 6 pm. My husband and I signed papers within 10 mins, checked out the car, were given a thorough explanation of features by Junior Salazar, and by 7 pm we were done! I’ve never had such a quick and efficient car leasing experience. We love our Sierra Burgundy 2020 Palisade SEL AWD so far and are looking forward to doing business with D’Arcy in the future. Highly recommend the dealership as well as the excellent staff that made me truly feel like a valuable customer. I happily told other dealerships today, that finally got around to getting back to me, that I already have my new car. Other dealerships could learn from D’Arcy and the way they do business. More

This is our 2nd purchase from here. I highly recommend this dealer. Everyone was fantastic to deal with. I did try a different Hyundai dealer closer to home & was 100 % disappointed.
