I brought my vehicle to their service center for an oil change. However, I received a call an hour later, informing me that my car had been hit while it was under their care. This situation has left me without a paid-off car due to their decision to drive my vehicle around. The customer service was lacking, as it took over a week for the manager to respond, and his response essentially boiled down to "not our problem." This experience was highly unprofessional, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. More
