I brought my vehicle to their service center for an oil change. However, I received a call an hour later, informing me that my car had been hit while it was under their care. Surprisingly, they claimed it wasn't their responsibility and wouldn't take any action since they deemed it not their fault. This situation has left me without a paid-off car due to their decision to drive my vehicle around. The customer service was lacking, as it took over a week for the manager to respond, and his response essentially boiled down to "not our problem." This experience was highly unprofessional, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. More
