I’ve not always had the best credit history and even through those rough times they were patient and very professional. I’ve never felt embarrassed through the process. Now that my credit has improved I have remained faithful to my dealership. Conscientious personnel; customer feels appreciated I made an appointment online and was met by a friendly service rep at the appointed time. We discussed the work to be done, some of which she suggest I made an appointment online and was met by a friendly service rep at the appointed time. We discussed the work to be done, some of which she suggested because of the car's mileage. Later on, it was determined that a tire had to be replaced due to a puncture by a screw. I opted to replace all four tires which required a much longer wait due to alignment etc. but the service manager offered me the use of a loaner car which really helped me out and allowed the Bommarito mechanics to work at a good pace without feeling hurried. When possible, I was given discounts on some of the service items. I felt like my business was appreciated and valued. More
