I had a great experience at Des Moines Toyota today. I had a morning time appointment where I found the staff at check in were very quick to attend to me in a friendly manner. They did a quick review of my needs and assured I found the waiting area with free Lattes and donuts. It was not long until I received a text with a detailed video of my service and recommendation to repair a minor issue. The service attendant found me in the waiting room filled me in gave me my keys and I was quickly on my way home. Every single DSM Toyota person I encountered were friendly and informed. I felt like they truly appreciated my business. More
