EFAST Had an appointment for 9:15, got there a little early. Checked in and was told it would be 30 to 45 minutes. Exceptional Service This dealership provides excellent service. My vehicle was due for service and I had been informed that I should get brakes when I came in this time. This dealership provides excellent service. My vehicle was due for service and I had been informed that I should get brakes when I came in this time. It turns out that my vehicle was close to its 60K service, too. Ian gave me the option to choose the services to have completed. This allowed me to determine how much I could afford at this visit. He thought it would take most of the day, which would have caused an issue with picking up my son from school, so he arranged for a loaner. His focus all around was me, the customer. I appreciate that. More

Honesty is the key here. We have our car serviced (oil change) every March in Tucson at Precision Toyota. They print out a long list of things we need to h is the key here. We have our car serviced (oil change) every March in Tucson at Precision Toyota. They print out a long list of things we need to have done to our car. We don't have them do these things. When we get back to Iowa we take our car in for free tire rotation and have these other items checked. Every time we are told by Toyota Dsm that our car is fine and doesn't need to have the other things done to it. They saved us $1200 this year alone! More

Great service! I took my car in to get the cruise control fixed and to have a new battery installed. Unfortunately, they couldn't fix the cruse control but they did I took my car in to get the cruise control fixed and to have a new battery installed. Unfortunately, they couldn't fix the cruse control but they did install the battery. I'm grateful that they didn't charge me for the labor on the cruise control because it probably would have been over $250.00. More
