When the car arrived, Big Mike took over the process seamlessly. He was well informed about everything I had discussed with the previous salesman and was an overall pleasure to work with! Ian, a manager, was also very helpful during the process. He called to give me updates during the process and made sure everything was in order when the car finally arrived! In the financing department I dealt with Noman - he was very thorough explaining everything and was not overly pushy trying to upsell me. He helped me get my payments where I wanted them to be! More

I had a great experience at Wilde Toyota. From day one to when my new 2021 RAV4 was delivered to the store and signed over to me, Giuseppe, Q, and Ian were all great throughout the entire transaction. I felt like they really cared, were all really knowledgeable, helpful and informative throughout the process. Overall the atmosphere was welcoming and exciting especially versus other dealerships. Matt F is AMAZING! I had such a wonderful experience buying a car from him. He was so helpful and patient. Go with Dan and Ian if you like the hard sell. I had a lease coming due and I needed a new car. I should have walked out. I was talked down for hours to told the prices of everything are higher than what lease coming due and I needed a new car. I should have walked out. I was talked down for hours to told the prices of everything are higher than what I read online or at other dealers. My credit was far worse than the last time I purchased a lease for some reason and I couldn't get the same rate. After about 3 hours of exhaustion producing bank statements, pay slips and utility bills I got to finance. I wasn't done yet. Gap insurance, extra mileage coverage and theft protection, I needed these because of my credit. Somewhere after the 5 hour mark I left with the car I needed with a payment that was nearly two times my last lease. Please don't make the the mistake I did. We have had great luck with other sales associates but finance is always a gauntlet of surprises, scams and add-ons. Read the reviews of other of people who are in finance if you don't believe me. It's all true. More
