I don't think there is a lot to fix here. Had a very bad experience. Love Toyotas really don't like the sales tactics of some of your staff. I also don't feel like I can reach out over the phone as I may need to get my car serviced here. I just hope you are making changes to the way some of your staff treat customers. The first lease was great, the second one, as I described above was not.
