The back hatch will not function on a 2018 Toyota Highlander. Took it into the dealer and they found that some type of internal switch has been inadvertently turned off. Poor service from untrained employee when I had some yellow areas on my service sheet but told me everything was green. Did not give me a copy of my sheet. They lost my keys.
