Every single person we worked with (Kyle Hoffman, our sales rep, Ian Mangan, the finance manager, and Andres Cantieri, the delive experience for us. I still can't believe how smoothly and enjoyable the purchasing process was. From the initial conversations with salesperson Kyle Hoffman all the way through to actually driving my new car out of the lo purchasing process was. From the initial conversations with salesperson Kyle Hoffman all the way through to actually driving my new car out of the lot, every step of the way was easy and stress-free. There really was no pressure and Kyle was a pleasure to work with. There was absolutely never any pressure and Kyle listened to my questions and concerns and was always available to anything I threw at him. Forget the cars salesmen of old! I honestly still can't believe I actually purchased a new car, because I'm used to horror stories of pushy sales people, uncaring dealerships, and unfair practices. Kyle and everyone at Flatirons Subaru were none of these things. It was like purchasing a car alongside a best friend. We've recently moved to the area and had not established a relationship with a mechanic or dealership yet. We were told by a nearby mechanic that the transmission on our car went out. The timing was stress a relationship with a mechanic or dealership yet. We were told by a nearby mechanic that the transmission on our car went out. The timing was stressful for us as our young grandchildren were arriving to stay with us for 3 weeks and we needed reliable transportation. He referred us to Flatirons for a second opinion. We called Kyle and explained our situation. He got the car into the service department the same day, confirmed the transmission failure and helped us purchase a new car. The service department was thorough in explaining what they found and our options going forward. Flatirons had a total of 3 outbacks. Kyle was very patient with us as we thought through options and financing and referred us to Ian, who also provided stellar service. They were also respectful of our wishes to wear masks for covid precautions. More
