I worked with Kyle Hoffman and let me just say 11/10! He made me feel at home and made sure I was comfortable with everything and anything! If I had a question he couldn't answer he would write it down and made me feel at home and made sure I was comfortable with everything and anything! If I had a question he couldn't answer he would write it down and got me the answer by the end of the day! I went in not knowing want I wanted and I test drove my dream car (WRX) and I fell in love. He got me into my dream car with the payments I wanted as well. If I had to do it all over again I would. If you ever go here make sure you ask for Kyle because he will make you feel like a friend and treats you like a family member. More

My experience with Serena was amazing from start to finish. I was in search for a vehicle that would safely get me to and from Blackhawk every day. Of all the dealerships I reached out to, Serena was b finish. I was in search for a vehicle that would safely get me to and from Blackhawk every day. Of all the dealerships I reached out to, Serena was by far the friendliest and easiest to work with. She ran through all the options they had since the particular car I wanted wasn’t available on the lot. She kept in contact with me throughout the past two months when my car was being made for me. She walked me through all the financial process as well as the insurance and registration process as well. She was the friendliest car salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. My fiancé and I will 100% be going through her for our future car needs. Seriously she was AMAZING! More
