He wants to make sure it's a good fit for you, not just wanting to sell the car to you. Ian in Finance was very knowledgable as well with answering all my questions late at night and really explaining all the additional packages. Even though, at this time, it wasn't a good-fit for a few reasons, I highly recommend Drew and enjoyed working with him. I'm sure i'll be seeing him again soon to discuss options. I had absolutely no pressure to buy a car the first time I was at the dealership. We talked numbers and the entire process was very pleasant. I did my test drives of other vehicles and returned to Earnhardt Hyundai for the second test drive to confirm my choice. I like the car I bought but being able to deal with a dealership that doesn't put pressure on to buy or try any tricks is also a big factor for me when buying. Even the finance part was great. Overall, it was an excellent/no pressure car buying experience. More
