Igor has been with Luther Nissan Kia for over 12 years and in the car business for over sixteen years. Igor is a certified product specialist and enjoys sharing his knowledge of the product and process to help everyone select the right vehicle to insure it meets your wants and needs. His process from the beginning to end is to make sure you are able to leave saying you had a truly exceptional experience. Igor is originally from the Ukraine and is fluent in Russian. His accent and way with words will always put a smile on your face. Igor has been in the US for over twenty years now and resides in Woodbury with his lovely wife and two beautiful daughters who keep him busy when not at the dealership. Soccer runs deep, as does hockey, which is great for Igor. If you can't catch Igor on a field in Woodbury cheering on his daughters then check the stands if the Wild are at home. My first experience with service I tried to book my first oil change and inspection with Luther Nissan and due to my travel days there was no room in there schedule but they asked me I tried to book my first oil change and inspection with Luther Nissan and due to my travel days there was no room in there schedule but they asked me to hold and they made room for me and they said it would take around 45 minutes and it was finished early and car was washed. I was very impressed with their service and so polite on the phone. I would rate my experience a 10! You will love having your vehicle serviced by this dealership. I drive a jaguar for my additional car and didn't think anyone could match their service but Luther Nissan did! Thanks for your great service as my time is very important to me. Doug More

Jamie was awesome I bought my first Kia Sportage and went to Luther Nissan Kia because my parents have bought three vehicles from them are are extremely happy. My parents helped me with this purchase and had me work with Jamie who was fantastic, she took great care of us. My parent's have worked with Rich who we found out left and this Jerry who replaced him is no Rich S. Rich made a point of following a deal through to the end, we never even saw Jerry just heard his crabby answers so that's a bit of a concern. Over all it was great experience with Jamie and Igor but I wouldn't be interested in working with Jerry again so. More
