His process from the beginning to end is to make sure you are able to leave saying you had a truly exceptional experience. Igor is originally from the Ukraine and is fluent in Russian. His accent and way with words will always put a smile on your face. Igor has been in the US for over twenty years now and resides in Woodbury with his lovely wife and two beautiful daughters who keep him busy when not at the dealership. Friendly service, best buying experience I came in knowing which vehicle I wanted and what I wanted for my trade in. The sales staff gave me their VIP internet pricing on the vehicle before I came in knowing which vehicle I wanted and what I wanted for my trade in. The sales staff gave me their VIP internet pricing on the vehicle before I scheduled a time to go see it, which got me in the door and incentive to go test drive the vehicle. They had the vehicle pulled and ready for test driving before I arrived. They were friendly, listened to me, and met or exceeded my expectations. Easy people to work with and even the finance person (Jamie) made things quick and easy. I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership. Drove home in my new vehicle, one stop shopping. Best buying experience ever. More

He was very thorough in explaining car features and did not waste my time on things I already knew. I would go back again to buy a car from him. My partner was so impressed with him that she is planning to buy a car from him. I can’t say the same about the finance person. As soon as I said I wasn’t interested in the maintenance package or protection package his demeanor changed and he was very rude. He picked up the phone and told the person on the other end, “ don’t add anything else.” Then in response back said, “I know.” It was very uncomfortable to have him say this in front of me and his rudeness almost made me cancel my purchase. I would have walked out if Igor hadn’t been so nice. This was my second time dealing with this finance person and he is rude and disrespectful. More

Great experience for a first time buyer! I was helped by Igor in sales and Jamie in finance. Igor was extremely helpful and answered any and all questions I had. I was kind of nervous since I I was helped by Igor in sales and Jamie in finance. Igor was extremely helpful and answered any and all questions I had. I was kind of nervous since I hadn't been through the process before and had to buy one in somewhat of a hurry as my old car was having major issues, but Igor was able to find me a like new 2017 Altima with less than 5k miles that was within my budget! Jamie was so friendly and went over all of my financing options. She was able to answer every question to make me feel comfortable in my purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealer and will likely be back once it's time to buy again! More
