Took car in for an inspection sticker and was issued a failed sticker, told need $1,800 repair work for loose control arms to pass inspection. Took car to 2 other repair shops, told nothing wrong with con failed sticker, told need $1,800 repair work for loose control arms to pass inspection. Took car to 2 other repair shops, told nothing wrong with control arms. This is called rob customers when you can. We brought the car from this dealership as well. Beware people, make sure the repairs they tell you need is really a repair that is needed!! This may not be the fault of the Advisor but the mechanic who worked on the car. More

This was the best experience at a car dealership I’ve had that I can remember in all my life . I’ve had other good experiences too at dealers, but this staff seems to be friendly, down to earth , & actually that I can remember in all my life . I’ve had other good experiences too at dealers, but this staff seems to be friendly, down to earth , & actually takes customer service more serious than what I’ve seen lately at many companies I interact with on hold for 3 hours at places etc , in these scary times especially ,with short staffing, everyone rushed , look right at you & not helping ever now . I truly appreciate when I meet kind individuals that know how to treat customers as I do in my career I show empathy & great customer service skills I am told . After being in 2 ER,s & fighting for my life ,with no empathy ,compassion,& gaslit, it was great to find help today when already stressed,tired, worried. I came in to the building for my tires light acting up. Willy corner cafe was awesome I can’t believe they have cafe in dealer, I was starving too from going to so many tests ! Jessie from Valet helped me so nice & helpful understanding as I drove in wrong way! William used car funny guy & great customer service helped me too !! Inez Belbin great service too !!! Thank all of you & I am definitely coming back & spreading the word about this exact location for Toyota ! Maybe even my next car I will buy here if I survive in this crazy hectic world !
