We have 2 issues that have not really been resolved. The rear defroster doesn't work but the testing showed it was fine. The car acceleration is delayed but we were told that particular model Kia Optima The rear defroster doesn't work but the testing showed it was fine. The car acceleration is delayed but we were told that particular model Kia Optima has a smaller Forte engine (something we weren't told when buying). The car is under warranty and it felt like the Service team was overwhelmed with work and was avoiding dealing with the issues. More

Isaac was my service advisor and was great. He has been working with me trying to resolve the issues with my car and has been very patient. Unfortunately, my car issues have no been resolved but that is not because of the service department, there is a bigger issue with Kia. They have done everything Kia has advised them to do. More
