I brought my car there 4 times and my car not fix . I have gas fumes coming from my tail pipes .They said that the way it suppose to be . I'm would really like for a manager to call me . I have a 2018 k I have gas fumes coming from my tail pipes .They said that the way it suppose to be . I'm would really like for a manager to call me . I have a 2018 kia stinger and there no way fumes suppose to come out of there just because I'm a woman they keep tell me something different each time I come there. They even went far as one of the workers saying he have the same car and that the way it suppose to be. I would not recommend any woman to get a car from there cause it something goes wrong it will be a lot of lying told to u . More

I realized, because of the relative uniqueness of my Soul EV that this was going to be a big job. I appreciate the persistance of Service mana]gement in getting the new battery from Kia and keeping me infor EV that this was going to be a big job. I appreciate the persistance of Service mana]gement in getting the new battery from Kia and keeping me informed as we waited..That the job was covered by warranty was wonderful and says a great deal about Kia's service committment. Thanks to Fil and Isaac H in Service who kept me posted on progress and to thje service tech who did the work (i was introduced but don't remember his name).. And one more big thank you to Isaac Hidder for getting this over the finish line. The battery charges to original levels and since I bought the car used, it's better than it ever was since I've owned it. More
