Schaumburg Kia service on February 4, 2022 was completed on my 2020 Kia Niro. They changed the oil, filled the window-washer fluid, checked/adjusted the tire pressure and washed the car. Terrible experience with the service department. Visited 3 times over the last 3-4 weeks. The communication here is horrendous. My second visit they didn't call me for an update on my car after keeping it o 3 times over the last 3-4 weeks. The communication here is horrendous. My second visit they didn't call me for an update on my car after keeping it overnight. I called to speak with Isaac and he was not available. He finally calls me back hours later about the incorrect vehicle. When I tell him that’s not my car he says they are still looking at mine. He never calls back and they end up keeping my car a second night without letting me know what is going on or that there was a plan to keep it a second night. I get my car back and "nothing is wrong." Well, my car has to be jumped 3 more times the next week. I call Isaac at 745 am and ask for a loaner car. He states he will ask his service manager and call me back. 430 pm rolls around and I have yet to get a phone call back. I call the service manager and leave a voicemail. I have still never gotten a phone call back from him to this day. I call and request that Isaac is no longer my service advisor. To my surprise guess who I'm connected to? Isaac. I am able to get a loaner car at this point. My car is "fixed". TBD if it’s actually fixed. Isaac calls me and says my car will be "$970." When I arrive to pick up my vehicle the next day, the service manager states my car will be $1,059. I'm not sure how the price magically changed, because $970 wasn't even the subtotal before tax. I told the service manager I will never be returning to this Kia because the communication was terrible. He replies " I'm sorry to hear that, have a nice day." It’s funny that they write all over how much they care about customer satisfaction, yet I was not asked a single follow-up question when I expressed my discontent with my experience. I would not recommend this dealer for service to anyone. Keep on driving to the next Kia dealer. It will be worth your time and sanity in the long run. The only helpful person I have encountered at this dealer is Marc. He was always by himself and working hard. Unfortunately, he doesn't make up for the rest of the staff. More

They made sure to fix the problem the same day! They had a part delivered and offered the shuttle (I chose to go to the mall instead of waiting at the dealership) and got it all taken care of in one day, wh a part delivered and offered the shuttle (I chose to go to the mall instead of waiting at the dealership) and got it all taken care of in one day, which I appreciate vs making me come back a different day.
