I walked into the Schaumburg Kia service department expecting the WORST news…And at check-in I kind of did😬 but a couple of hours later I got a call saying that my truck was fixed and the BEST part of expecting the WORST news…And at check-in I kind of did😬 but a couple of hours later I got a call saying that my truck was fixed and the BEST part of the call was when the very courteous and professional young man said the magic words: “Sir the work done on your 2016 Kia was covered by warranty.”…FADE TO BLACK….because I fainted!!!☺️ Eric & Isaac…. Absolutely GREAT JOB!! More

Brought my car in after it wouldn’t start. Was told nothing was wrong with it. Brought it home it died again x2. Brought it back in was told they were keeping it overnight. No problem. Next day never g nothing was wrong with it. Brought it home it died again x2. Brought it back in was told they were keeping it overnight. No problem. Next day never get a call from the dealership. I call asking about my car. Isaac my service tech is busy. Calls me back hours later talking to me about a completely different car. Then tells me they are still working on my car. No phone call that night. They never told me they were going to keep my car another night. Isaac seems to not really know what is going on and doesn’t have many answers in all the times I’ve interacted with him. Next day I’m told again that nothing is wrong. When I go pickup my car, I ask what the next step is when it dies again this week. Isaac responds with “we can’t just be throwing parts at it.” That doesn’t answer my question. Overall, bad experience the past two times I have been in. More
