I brought my car in for a recall along with some other issues, the main one being my car was shaking when applying the breaks above around 35 mph. After work was done, on the drive home I noticed it was still shaking. Obviously, no one test drove the vehicle to see if the repairs actually fixed the issue. I picked up the vehicle October 1st, and first called that afternoon. It is now October 11th; I've called almost every day since I picked up the vehicle, and I've left 3 voice mails. I have not received any communication back. I'm not sure how this place is in business if this is how they treat their customers. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. More
