Well the Dealership needs a physical redo, but the staff was very friendly and I was able to get in for an oil change at the last minute. Isaac who helped me was for pleasant to work with.....however I thin was very friendly and I was able to get in for an oil change at the last minute. Isaac who helped me was for pleasant to work with.....however I think I was mislead a bit on suggested work that might need to be done on my vehicle which is disappointing. An Example would be I was told I need my rear brakes done soon and my own mechanic said there was plenty left on my brakes. More

I have had to bring my car in several times for the same problem within a month and a half and it's still not fixed. If I let my car sit for one day I have to have it jump started each time. I had to pay ov problem within a month and a half and it's still not fixed. If I let my car sit for one day I have to have it jump started each time. I had to pay over $300.00 for a new battery at the dealer and that hasn't solved the problem. This is a huge inconvenience. Now I will have to schedule another appointment. I am sorry to say but at this time I would not recommend this dealer to my friends or family. More

Coincidently, after I sent my original to you, I received a phone call from Schamburg KIA that they had found a vehicle for me to use while they have my car in for repairs. The service rep who worked on this very hard was Isaac Hidder. Isaac went above and beyond to help me with this problem. Isaac should be commended for his efforts. I brought my new Kia Sportage with only 5,000 miles on it in because of an awful clicking noise coming from the car every time I fully stop. I have multiple videos of the problem and the noise can be clearly heard. After bringing it in, I was told the mechanics couldn’t hear the noise. In other words nothing could be done. When my car was finally brought out to me the service employee floored the gas and slammed the breaks when stopping. When I asked what can be done about this the technician told me they recommend taking it to another Kia dealership. I expect much more out of the dealership I just purchased a brand new car from, especially when there is such a horrible apparent noise coming from it.
