Worst service ever will never be back told me it was a certain price and then called me after I bought it saying I needed to go back in to sign papers and then told me I had to pay more or give them to ca certain price and then called me after I bought it saying I needed to go back in to sign papers and then told me I had to pay more or give them to car back after we agreed on a price and I already sold my previous car so I had no choice but to have to just deal with it worst service ever! Honestly being a salesman before I always have a certain expectation when buying a vehicle and my experience with Ken Garff did not disappoint. It was such an easy and efficient experience all the while st expectation when buying a vehicle and my experience with Ken Garff did not disappoint. We stopped by to talk about ordering a new CRV and Dan helped us with all of our questions. There were no 2022 CRV's on the lot so Dan had us a drive a 2020 CRV that was on the lot so we could be confiden helped us with all of our questions. There were no 2022 CRV's on the lot so Dan had us a drive a 2020 CRV that was on the lot so we could be confident in our vehicle choice. He also explained the interior differences we would have in the 2022. Dan was able to look up manufacture times and delivery estimations for the color and model we wanted and gave us all of our options. We put our deposit down and Dan kept in touch with us as far as production, and delivery and text us pics when the CRV was delivered to the dealership! Financing was a breeze and Isaac was able to get us an awesome interest rate. Dan was never pushy and the entire process was smooth and non-stressful. From start to finish, Dan was amazing. More

I purchased a used vehicle yesterday through this dealership, and realized after the sale was finished that the Bluetooth/phone functions on the car don't work. I called the dealership twice, and no one answered. I called the Sandy location, and the soonest they were able to get me in is April 6th- two full weeks away! The vehicle itself runs beautifully and drives very smooth. I also know that Ken Garff will take care of us, as we purchased an extended warranty on my car. I'm glad that it's only a minor problem, and I have a reliable eco-friendly car. It's exactly what my husband and I were looking for! Tyler, the salesperson, was kind of unprofessional. As kind as he was to move his schedule around so we could look at the vehicle, he very much so had the "used car salesman" attitude that people have come to joke about. While making small talk, he mentioned how exhausted he was after staying out until 3AM with his friends the night prior. We also asked several times for me to be the primary owner on the car, only for them to have my husband be the primary and I the secondary. I was very impressed with the fact that the crew both washed and filled up the car before we left though! The whole experience was simple to understand, the location was clean and well kept. I was satisfied with my experience, but not blown out of the water by any means. **UPDATE** Marking this down to one star because just over two weeks after purchasing the vehicle, it is ALREADY having major problems. Today after I got in the car to go to work, I realized that the brake was completely locked and the vehicle wouldn't start. After a quick flip through the owner's manual, my husband and I determined that it was likely just a dead battery. No big deal, right? Wrong. After charging the battery for nearly 15 minutes and trying to jump it several times, nothing seems to be working. We cannot use the "force start" on the vehicle, and it's basically just a useless hunk of metal to us right now. Of course, battery issues are not covered under the warranty that they shoved down our throats until we agreed to buy it, meaning that this is going to be an expensive repair on top of the 15,000 we spent. Additionally, their mechanics DO NOT guarantee their work, so even if we DO get it covered somehow, there is a chance that they could screw things up more and not take any responsibility for it. This is the worst car dealership I have ever gone through when buying a vehicle, new or used. Unprofessional staff who don't answer their phones, typical pushy used car salesmen who only care about their commission, and crappy vehicles marked up to a price well over what their vehicles are worth. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More
