Joe Rizza Ford provided us a nice buying experience. I believe they were fair with our trade in value. Isaias did a nice job of minimizing the traditional back and forth on price and was attentive to my believe they were fair with our trade in value. Isaias did a nice job of minimizing the traditional back and forth on price and was attentive to my 8 year old who tagged along with me. He also brought to my attention a great offer from Orland Park incentivizing car sales during this period of COVID. The finance department made sure I understood certain options but was not very aggressive. The reason to exclude a star was related to a service request. We purchased a used car and for whatever reason they did not accept my request to provide their full inspection report or even provide me the ability to pay for a full Ford service to ensure the brakes, fluids, tires were in good shape for my family. I was compelled to go to another Ford dealer for the service which cost me another couple hundred dollars. I feel for what we spent - this should have been included. Luckily the other dealer found multiple issues that will be replaced under the existing warranty but with only 6k left on the bumper to bumper. More
