i am thoroughly discussed with this dealers service. i have brought my cr back 5 0r 6 times to have two switches on the steering wheel replaced under the extended warranty. It took the dealer over a wee i have brought my cr back 5 0r 6 times to have two switches on the steering wheel replaced under the extended warranty. It took the dealer over a week to confirm the repair and parts were covered and order the parts. I scheduled an appointment for the repair and upon bringing the car in i was told i was told it would take all day and maybe overnight to repair. No loaner was available. I made an appointment for when a loaner would be available. I picked up the car and noticed only one switch was repaired . The original complaint was two switches. The service manager than said he would have the repair authorized again and order the part. Upon driving the car not even out of the dealership the steering wheel was making a rubbing noise. The service manager looked at the problem and noticed the steering wheel cover was not put on correctly. He then fixed the problem and I left . Ten minutes later I went to beep My horn and the horn didn't work. I called the service manager and was very angry that the repair of two switches resulted in such a fiasco. I returned the car to the dealer and received a loaner. I have yet to hear from South Shore Hyundai as to how long they will need to repair the auto. Its been two days. More
