Dealership slipped in $4000 worth of warranties that i specifically said i didn’t want twice. It was a four hour ordeal. I wasn’t actually wanting to buy a car that day but because it was the last day of specifically said i didn’t want twice. It was a four hour ordeal. I wasn’t actually wanting to buy a car that day but because it was the last day of the month i was pressured. I wanted to come back the following day because I had my granddaughter with me. They told me it would be quick. Took 4 hours instead of 2 like they said by the time I left I was frazzled and needed to leave I was stranded because my husband had an appointment also….. just bad service overall. Though the next day it was removed it shouldn’t have been applied at all. I said no my husband said no and still was applied. I’m sure someone was hoping we would never notice. Just bad behavior from a grown man. Just watch yourself. Double and triple check everything. And then check again. More
