I was born in Queens New York, grew up in Broward County Florida, and lived in Charlotte for about 6 years which is where I got into the automotive industry, and never looked back !

Israel was super amazing, patient, great customer service experience. He cares about me, called me like 2 days later to ask if I needed help, but all ok. I’m super happy with my new car. I had a great experience working with Israel. I had gone to 4 other dealers (2 of which were other Lexus dealers) in a 3 week span, very actively looking to trade my current lease for an upgrade. I had gone to 4 other dealers (2 of which were other Lexus dealers) in a 3 week span, very actively looking to trade my current lease for an upgrade. All other dealers were not very open to working with me to make a deal. The numbers were the numbers as they said. However, In just a short period of working with Israel he is a people person which made it easy to relate and work together. He made a noticeable effort to try and meet my needs while still accomplishing the goals of company so it’s a win win. The deal we made was exactly what I was looking for but more importantly he saw me as a person and a loyal customer rather than just another number and he helped to make a deal that worked for me. I’m very appreciative of his work ethic and willingness to also accomplish what I needed. With the economic world the way it is today we need more people like this. Thanks again! More
