I was initially concerned because my trusty Acura dealership transitioned to Kia. However, I spoke with Ivan regarding my Acura RDX needing routine servicing, and he was willing to help. Performed oil change, tire rotation and point and inspections on time that was quoted. Also, installed software to correct voice navigation commands. Ivan was very polite and helpful. I came in for an oil change. I loved the video they took showing me my car, brakes, struts, etc. My service took far longer than stated. I was quoted I came in for an oil change. I loved the video they took showing me my car, brakes, struts, etc. My service took far longer than stated. I was quoted 90 min and I was there for nearly 3 hours. The person at the greeting kiosk was on a cell phone having an argument with someone that was clearly personal and I had to wait to be told where to check in. But overall, the service was done well and my car was washed which was great! More

Even though I have an Acura (not a Kia) they were willing to provide routine servicing on my RDX. Ivan was great!! Best service I ever experienced with a dealership. Jeff instantly directed where I needed to park as well made the environment way more inviting.
