Jeff from mission viejo kia was awesome. I went to my 8am appointment and was greeted by Jeff who asked me a few questions in regard to my vehicle’s maintenance and took care of me right awa I went to my 8am appointment and was greeted by Jeff who asked me a few questions in regard to my vehicle’s maintenance and took care of me right away. He also broke down everything the service included and also what to look forward to the next time I return for service. Jeff also gave me some tips for my AC and car cleaning. Searched all Kia dealers to get what I wanted. MV Kia was only dealer that actively went out of their way to find the exact car I was looking for. Salesperson Samantha was thorough in explaining all my options without being overbearing. The prices here are legit, got fair deal on trade in and decent APR. Car is pleasure both aesthetically and mechanically. Even wrote complimentary email to owner about my experience with Samantha and how she went out of her way to make sure it was a positive experience. Guess what? The owner answered my email thanking me. That is taking care of customers. No games being played here transparent honesty and friendly approach. Thanks MV Patterson Kia. More

I was initially concerned because my trusty Acura dealership transitioned to Kia. However, I spoke with Ivan regarding my Acura RDX needing routine servicing, and he was willing to help. Ivan was indeed helpful, but also pleasant and efficient in facilitating my oil change, etc. He even spent several minutes helping me readjust my driver's seat, which I hadn't been able to do.
