I've been coming to Norm Reeves Huntington since I purchased my vehicle from them. I have a closer option as I live in Irvine but the one time I went to that location was a disaster. So I've returned to where I purchased my vehicle and have had exceptional service almost every time. My previous service was horrible and not what I came to expect so the Service Manager asked me to give them another shot and Ivette exceeded my expectations with her attentiveness. I understand the Service Writer can't control the time it takes to have service done but they can keep the lines of communication open which is what Ivette did. A full 5 star level of service! More
