We are from Barstow California and searched the Southern California Honda dealers for the most professional and the dealership they would have a selection of vehicles to choose from and the dealership that California Honda dealers for the most professional and the dealership they would have a selection of vehicles to choose from and the dealership that would treat their customers well. We did lots of research through reviews in order to find a dealership that treats their people well 'like family.' That's what we were looking for as we've had poor experiences with dealerships in the past. This is yet another poor experience. When I picked the car up from detailing, the interior had not been touched and there is still sticker glue on the window. Front windshield was not touched and the sunroof has dust on it. I expected a clean car, not a dirty car. The sales manager also promised the car would have a full charge when we picked it up but again empty promises from Norm Reeves Huntington Beach, California. Summery of let downs: 1. The car was dirty off the lot and we drove it home that way. 2. When I brought the vehicle back to be detailed there was a scratch when I picked it up. 3. Norm Reeves kept the car for a week and when I picked it up, it was dirty inside. 4. Sales manager said the car would be fully charged but I picked it up with 68%. 5. We were also promised charging credits from the EVgo company, but have yet to see this materialize. I paid over $60K for this vehicle but I don't think I got even close to that from Norm Reeves Honda Superstore. We could have gone to any dealership to get the vehicle that we wanted, but we chose Norm Reeves because of their reviews on customer service. More
