Everything was great! It was very late when we finished paperwork. I was disappointed to find out that there was only 1 key, a missing floor mat and no gas. We didn't notice the gas until after we left the lot. Other than that I felt the salesman and manager were extremely personable and everything was easy. I felt that we got a great deal and I am extremely happy with that. I would purchase another vehicle from Norm Reeves Honda Huntington Beach. More
