I have had two terrible experiences at the service department there, after buying my Rouge there in 2020. A 2 star review on Yelp seems surprisingly high! As far as I can tell the service department i department there, after buying my Rouge there in 2020. A 2 star review on Yelp seems surprisingly high! As far as I can tell the service department is staffed with inept individuals who are also arragont and offensive. If you need your Nissan serviced for any reason... I would find another dealership. It seems amazing that Nissan Headquarters (which this dealership is in the shadow of) would allow the closest dealership to them to continually sustain a 2 star rating on the ONLY uncompromised rating system there is (Yelp) I am leaving a 1 star review, as there is nothing lower... Clearly the other review platforms can be manipulated to reflect higher ratings... More
