My service manager I would rate a five, but the dealership I would rate a 0. The reason is I had a check engine light go on, which auto zone ran it for free, but by the time I got to the dealer the dealership I would rate a 0. My service manager told me they would have to charge me 98.00 to run it again. Every auto parts store runs these for free. This is nothing but a pure ripoff. So in closing, I might not ever get my car serviced here again, I definitely wouldn’t buy a car from a company that’s trying to screw me out of my last dime More

The car needed service: a recall, inspection, oil change, and new tires. Things went well for the most part. They acted quickly and effectively to correct an issue. In the end, the job was done. The four new tires ( with an asymmetrical tread pattern) were mounted with the outside sidewall facing inward - so they were all installed inside-out. 2.) While it may be a common practice to turn off headlights during diagnostics, good practice requires technicians to return all controls to their original positions. Failing to do so constitutes poor customer service. Luckily, I realized the problem as I left the city at night, realizing they were off - Glad I checked the tires before leaving - but I should have done a full inspection. More
