The four new tires ( with an asymmetrical tread pattern) were mounted with the outside sidewall facing inward - so they were all installed inside-out. 2.) While it may be a common practice to turn off headlights during diagnostics, good practice requires technicians to return all controls to their original positions. Failing to do so constitutes poor customer service. Luckily, I realized the problem as I left the city at night, realizing they were off - Glad I checked the tires before leaving - but I should have done a full inspection. More
