The phone system is not effective for reaching your service representative, and it has been this way for the last 20 years. A call into the service department invariable reaches the wrong person, after which you you're put on hold, followed by a disconnect - very frustrating. I worked with David Roth when he was there - never had a problem reaching him, plus he was excellent to work with, I can't imagine what circumstances resulted in his separation from the company. In fact, the only reason I came to Cobb County Toyota this time is because David texted me early around 6:00 am Monday morning saying he wouldn't be there at Nalley Toyota of Roswell to help me due to a case of vertigo. Now that is someone that really cares and puts a genuine effort into communicating. In terms of Cobb County Toyota's quality of the technical service - I think excellent, as usual. Very impressive work area - first class. I'm happy that your mechanics have a nice and spacious work area. However, saw "after the fact" that I purchased a "remanufactured" alternator. I supposed it's because new ones are no longer available, but I don't know. More

I'm a loyal Toyota owner. This is my 5th Toyota (four 4Runners and one Tundra) and I always do my maintenance at a Toyota dealer. I just retired from the military after 27 yea This is my 5th Toyota (four 4Runners and one Tundra) and I always do my maintenance at a Toyota dealer. I just retired from the military after 27 years so I have used different Toyota dealers all over the country. This is the first dealership that hasn't offered me a military discount. That's the only reason I can't give a five star rating. The work is great and the customer service from JC are great, but I'm not sure why they would be the only dealership not offering it. I will be back, but it's just unfortunate. More
