JC was awesome as usual. He got me in, got me out, and taken care of. I was a little irritated I wasn’t told by the parts department the seat belt part I needed was a differe He got me in, got me out, and taken care of. But overall, still the best dealer service department I’ve worked with. More

Waited over TWO HOURS for oil change only. Man that checked me in said it would be an hour. I had to go ask if my car was ready when it had been over TWO HOURS and supposedly he had gone on br Man that checked me in said it would be an hour. I have dealt with Cobb County Toyota for over 25 years and have been very pleased with the service department. But my latest visit was disappointing. An oil change was double from the last one 5000 miles and have been very pleased with the service department. But my latest visit was disappointing. An oil change was double from the last one 5000 miles ago, mostly labor cost. Oh well !!! Two other real issues, a request for an electronic change was not even looked at. And the worse was greasy foot prints all over my floor mats, instead of using the paper covers. Quality has definitely gone down in the past year. More
