All minor but there is such a thing as Good, Better...Best...and I received better. The money I spent, this review should be much better...i felt as if I was routine and the service proved it...not horrible but wasn't the best. More

I've been trying to buy a new vehicle since last month, contacted JC Thomas with hopes of getting the car earlier and sent him exactly what I am looking for. He doesn't really seem to take my inquiry seriously, He responds to my emails after few days and I am still waiting for his response to my last email since last week!! This is a very expensive car and I really expect a better customer service from BMW. I had a way better experience few years ago when I bought my other bmw. More
