Mrs. Herbert (aka Mrs. Karen) is one of the most warmest and kindest and smartest people I have ever met! She has been in this industry for 27 years and she truly knows BMW and is truly passionate about taking good care of her clients! She puts their interest first! This BMW dealership is truly one of the best out there. I felt they truly cared about me as well as my needs and concerns right off the bat which made my experience especially so different compared to other dealerships I have gone too. Mrs. Herbert worked very diligently and also advocated for me to get the best deal out there and I ended up with a brand new BMW! Also, having several concerns, including medical, Mrs. Karen listened to my needs and helped me to find the most perfect car and SUV! The seats are soo comfortable, the car drives GREAT and I truly could not ask for more! The price of my car was also exceptional and I thank the entire staff here, especially Mr. JC, Mr. Gluck, and Mr. Allen, and the warm front desk staff who greeted me and made sure my family was okay while we were there. There were also other staff who helped me too and cleaned my car and put new mats on the car floor for me. There are just so many people here I would like to thank... The car buying experience here truly became more then what one would think . Our salesman, Andy Alexis was very helpful and made the process easier by answering all my questions (although I had many) over email which was my preferred method of communication. Andy to additional efforts to get me the model with all the features I was looking for (I one I wanted initially sold out on my drive to the dealership) and also work with me on the price and eligible discounts so that the vehicle fits into my budget. He was really straight forward in his approach which I really appreciated and even stayed back till late for us ( I could not reach the dealership before 7:30-8PM as it is very far from my house/work). Thank you for all your help. More
