This was the perfect place to buy our family's second car! We found a great car at an excellent price online, but live 1.5+ hrs away and didn't think we'd make it in time to fully check it out. I was also impressed how the Royal Moore staff worked together to help me clarify which car was the best for me. I started my search at the Toyota dealership and especially appreciated working with Khara Mejia and Mark Alfaro. I then went to the Subaru dealership, where Julio Valdes showed me the various Subaru models, took me on a test drive and helped me select the automobile that I eventually purchased. Unfortunately, Julio was not able to meet me the following evening when I came in to sign the paperwork however I appreciated how he worked with JD to have everything ready for me to finalize he purchase when i arrived. Everyone I encountered was kind, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. No pressure, no hassle, no runaround. These folks are doing car sales correctly.
