Everyone I encountered was kind, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. No pressure, no hassle, no runaround. These folks are doing car sales correctly. My only complaint would be when I opened the hood and the trunk, there were small pine needles all over. It was washed on the exterior but for a brand new car purchase it should be spotless.
