Diego kept lying about not being able to adjust the price and how he could sell the car for the same price at auction. REALLY?! Also, the dealership refused to take back an added item - etched windows? ($299 and how he could sell the car for the same price at auction. REALLY?! Also, the dealership refused to take back an added item - etched windows? ($299.99) that was added to the original order but NOT that i wanted. The car was presented damaged, and the dealer just shrugged it off. After I got home, I realized the floor mats are missing! WHO STOLE THE FLOOR MATS? And now, the back-up camara is going dark. No wonder I was told it was being sold "as is". If I'm ever stupid enough to buy another car from them, I'll make sure to go over the car with a fine-tooth comb. More

Mike my salesman was very helpful and pleasant to work with and actually called me later to see if i made it home ok and told me about some to left in my trade in. Planet Nissan with the reputation of being the best Nissan dealer in Las Vegas, NV is for real. Went online and found the pickup truck I wanted and contacted them. I worked with Jamie in the sales depa Nissan dealer in Las Vegas, NV is for real. Went online and found the pickup truck I wanted and contacted them. I worked with Jamie in the sales department and worked with the price negotiator to the point where we all can be happy with the deal, including a package deal that involved free synthetic oil changes. Well, we all got me a certified pre-owned used 2019 Nissan Texas Edition Titan SL Platinum at the first try. Drove it home at the same day. What a real nice ride I have now! More
