I came in to dealership in a tough situation. Very tough. Sam, Gary, JD and John took great care of me. This was after they helped my daughter in the same financial jam a few days earlier. New Versa Recall I bought a 2019 with a recall and a broken backup light. I had bought the extended warranty and was told I would have a rental car. When I took the ca I bought a 2019 with a recall and a broken backup light. I had bought the extended warranty and was told I would have a rental car. When I took the car in the service guy argued with me about the rental. Then he questioned my whereabouts the whole day. The sales manager JD is got a real attitude as well. He was constantly questioning my honesty. Then come to find out the salesman was no longer working for Nissan. Jon in Finance was awesome. He was very helpful and informative. More

Very easy purchase, sales staff very professional!! My wife and I purchased a new Nissan Rogue SV in 2014, therefore I was very familiar with the Planet Nissan dealership. We were treated with courtesy My wife and I purchased a new Nissan Rogue SV in 2014, therefore I was very familiar with the Planet Nissan dealership. We were treated with courtesy and professionalism then and I decided to return to Planet to purchase a new car for myself. I owned Mercedes most of my adult life, but with the courtesy and professionalism demonstrated at Planet, made my new car purchase easy. My sales professional was Marvin Felix. After discussing my car requirements with Marvin, he assessed my situation and put me in the exact vehicle that I wanted. Heath Marquardt in the service department is another reason I wanted to switch from Mercedes to Nissan. Like Marvin in sales, Heath is the best service consultant that I have had the pleasure of working with and I've delt with many service reps and sales consultants during my time. More
