This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Gordon made sure I was completely satisfied. I didn't have this good of a warranty when I bought new. Even down to the financing. Found a car on cars .com called to check availability Linda very nice lady told me the car was still available made arrangements to see the car got to the dealership, Was met by Robert Haas shook hands h Linda very nice lady told me the car was still available made arrangements to see the car got to the dealership, Was met by Robert Haas shook hands handed me the keys said take her for a spin we drove the car and the car was the one went back next day and drove it again, Told Robert if the numbers looked good i would take the car... He went in crunched some numbers went in the office one of the managers i believe his name was JP nice guy came back with an offer i was happy with, We were concerned about the tires he assured us they would take care of them, windsheild was damaged they got that taken care of he checked the car over and made sure it was spotless looked like a brand new car cleaned the wheels and the car, I sure wasn't expecting the hospitality and professionalism from a car dealership in a little town but they sure did take care of me i didn't feel like a number or a quota trophy The staff at Eagle buick took care of me like I was their only customer. I would highly recommend Eagle Buick if you looking for a new or used vehicle. Ask for Robert Haas he's a good guy and don't let lil Bob in finance intimidate ya he's a big guy but he will make sure to get you the best deal possible even taking time to go over warranty options. I'm a very happy customer and when its time to trade my car in Eagle Buick Gmc is the first place im headed to.. My kind of dealership top knotch first class.
