I can’t say enough good things about this dealership! I bought my second vehicle from this place and will always favor above all the rest! I bought an expedition and it is in great shape! After driving to Tennessee and back I noticed a high pitch sound didn’t really know it was anything but took it in anyways, come to find out it was the differential so even though my extended warranty hasn’t kicked in yet they replaced it! Now I had an issue with calipers which wasn’t covered but they replaced it too! No charge! I have bought vehicles at others dealerships and none of them would help after buying it. Also the service people are awesome! They are very nice and try very hard to help you out. I suggest talking to Mr shields to buy a vehicle but I’m sure they all are excellent people! This will always be the first place and last place I’ll look for a vehicle to purchase. More

He went in crunched some numbers went in the office one of the managers i believe his name was JP nice guy came back with an offer i was happy with, We were concerned about the tires he assured us they would take care of them, windsheild was damaged they got that taken care of he checked the car over and made sure it was spotless looked like a brand new car cleaned the wheels and the car, I sure wasn't expecting the hospitality and professionalism from a car dealership in a little town but they sure did take care of me i didn't feel like a number or a quota trophy The staff at Eagle buick took care of me like I was their only customer. I would highly recommend Eagle Buick if you looking for a new or used vehicle. Ask for Robert Haas he's a good guy and don't let lil Bob in finance intimidate ya he's a big guy but he will make sure to get you the best deal possible even taking time to go over warranty options. I'm a very happy customer and when its time to trade my car in Eagle Buick Gmc is the first place im headed to.. My kind of dealership top knotch first class.
