JR Rodriguez always provides a VIP customer experience to me. I couldn’t be more grateful for having him as my service rep. My G Wagon had a spark plug that had been miss firing and he immediately came to Re me. I couldn’t be more grateful for having him as my service rep. My G Wagon had a spark plug that had been miss firing and he immediately came to Redlands and swapped my car for and provided me a loaner, which was amazing because I literally had just picked up my family from Indiana at the airport. He was able to get my car repaired same day and returned my car that evening. I was so impressed with his quick response and how much he cared. The entire experience was impressive. More

Very efficient staff, fair and friendly. I had complimentary loaner brand new SUV MB vehicle and used 2 days .
