It's one thing to get great service when you spend a lot of money, but not when you come in for just a diagnostic check on a 2007 C230. I did not do the repair on my open sunroof but they still gave me the of money, but not when you come in for just a diagnostic check on a 2007 C230. I did not do the repair on my open sunroof but they still gave me the red carpet treatment. My Service Advisor, Alex Ramirez, set me up with a ride home and a ride back when my car was ready. He returned the car washed and his team went out of their way to secure my sunroof. It's nice to see Walter's MB doesn't just have a few excellent people because this is at least my 15th similar experience their. More

J.R. Rodriguez is a OUTSTANDING service rep. I have been taking my car to him for 3 years and i have had the best experience each and every time. Walters has been great to work with! They gave me a last minute appt, rental car and went over and beyond to get it done the same day.
