Alex Ramirez from Walters Mercedez in Riverside has the best customer service, he is professional, very kind, humble and trust worthy...seems like a genuine good guy. Thank you again JR and all the friendly service/loaner angels. Always a pleasing experience no matter what you have to do. Had an issue with the wipers which was fixed under warranty. Also got a runflat r angels. Always a pleasing experience no matter what you have to do. Had an issue with the wipers which was fixed under warranty. Also got a runflat replaced because it was slowly losing pressure due to a screw they found lodged in there. JR was super communicative and accommodating as always. The loaner department made the whole experience seem like a breeze. Thank you to all. More

Had a large roofing nail in my right rear tire. Reached J. R. Rodriguez who asked a few questions to determine the status of the tire. He said that it sounded as if the tire needed to be replaced ( just pu J. R. Rodriguez who asked a few questions to determine the status of the tire. I was met with very curtious receptionists. The technician took me in, in a timely manner. He listened to my concern and the issues i was having with the radio. He also informed me of a couple of r technician took me in, in a timely manner. He listened to my concern and the issues i was having with the radio. He also informed me of a couple of recalls that needed fixing. They took the car in to the mechanic and in a reasonable time I had my car back ! I was very happy with the service. More
